Looking back, I don’t think I ever learned. I lost all interest in PowerPoint making when I realized the guys were all recycling the same deck across accounts - just changing the client logo. In fact, I got a severe talking to once about how not obliging the corporate standard of MS ppt for my decks was putting my career in jeopardy. Fact.
Here is how I see it: in 5 years, corporate leaders will no longer use current MS products.
Leaders who aren’t nimble to working across a variety of digital tools with speed and agility are gonna retire. Expect the end of the spreadsheet attached to an email with 92 reply-to-all to end. Alleluia.
The workforce isn’t gonna go for it. Who wants to learn that old stuff when there is an entire world opening up of new stuff to create ahead of us?
