• I normally work on a part-time or contract basis.  

• My clients usually have a general direction, objective or maybe even a project in mind for us.  It’s almost always a high priority.

• Sometimes, especially when they make “experience” a priority for the long-run, they might have a specific growth-type role for me play in their team's transformation.

• Some call me coach, others, chief.  I definitely get consultant and also cheerleader!  Oh yeah, Sweet Caroline -go for it!  Here's the deal: call me what makes sense for you. One thing’s for sure: I identify as an advisor.

• Once we agree on my responsibilities and deliverables, count on me to bring all of my energy and intensity for as long as we decide to keep our work together going.

• My minimum engagement fee is $5,000 for businesses / $2,500 for individuals. 

• I review employment offers on occasion and am open to in-kind, time & trade-based agreements.

• I always work with people I love.
