Knee: It’s Healing!
It’s been 6 weeks.
I gave it some at home PT inspired by years of training experience and an IG account I like.
Loads of rest - the ultimate act of healing and rebellion, ice, and general love and care. I even went for the whole experience at Dr. D’s.
I invested in frequency-based healing tools instead of an MRI. Even started working on my wrist that’s been bothering me for a bit.
I turned 50 and modified my workouts to celebrate.
And I picked up a golf club.
I’m proud of how I’m working through this set back. And I’m gonna be all right, thanks for asking 🙏🏼.
