Inspiring Action for Inclusivity

In my capacity as a volunteer and community host with Women Automotive Network, I’m traveling to Germany again this year. I’m taking the stage in Ludwigsburg, outside Stuttgart, known as the cradle of the automotive. It’s where our community gathers for one of our Summit each year.

The topic: Inspiring Inclusion

My job is to put my conversational leadership skills on display for this audience to take away inspiration to behave more inclusively, at work. And I have to do that by giving every panel participant, three Global Fortune 500 executives from Toyota, HP and Volvo, an opportunity to make their point-of-view shine, equally. So that we can all be called to action as a community. This is what I trained for. 🫶🏼
