CREATIVE ASSOCIATE

Spring + Summer 2026

I’m starting something new in the desert and I’m looking for a very special creative individual to join my personal team this year.

Someone I hope to grow into a creative director genre while I have them. One that will be ready to hit the job market running, AND cash a big check out there!

And also maybe, someone to stay with me as my go-to player. To help me grow the most important emotion of my own business - the trust-based part I rarely delegate. So we can make big deals together!

The kind of work you will be doing:

• Co-develop a portfolio of creative projects from idea and vision to execution and implementation.

• Own one project from beginning to end and be responsible for its outcome - including budget and bonus.

• Participate as a key contributor to the inception of a new business and space in Tempe.

• Learn industry-relevant account and project management tools and techniques while working on real projects for real clients.

• Contribute your unique toolkit to me and the rest of the project teams so that we can also learn from you.

The kind of human you might be:

• You see things other people don’t, and you wanna get after it, too.

• You are entrepreneurial and wanna run with something like it’s your own biz.

• You identify as both curious and dialed-in. As coachable and capable.

• You want access to leadership (that’s me and my core team) that’s gonna help you elevate your career game.

Requirements:

• Excellent communications skills on all the channels. Bonus points if you run your life on mobile.

• Time management on point. I don’t play with the one thing we truly really are equal with.

• Some college-level-type training. Preference will be given to futurists, constructors, marketers, designers and athletes.

• You are physically able to be in Tempe, AZ. Extra credit if you really love this community.
