Come by and make where we are now 🙌🏼 look like something you would be real proud to open my garage door as a showcase of (y)our work.

You finish it the way your expert eyes see it as a 100% for now, and that’s on you.

Plus help me bring the furniture I can’t carry alone back in and then we call phase one done.

Note 1: Kyle and I already took care of the top of the garage opener.
Note 2: He isn’t done putting his fingerprints on the ceiling.

While we wait on electric, we start the ⤵️ in parallel.

West Side and (All) Doors

We aren’t done with sealing it up - that’s priority.

Weathering inside/out, 2 garage doors + 1 front door.

Focus around the garage door - inside and out.

Wiring I think is safe.

Take everything off that’s not Ring.
Remind me to show you wires inside the closet.
Ask me about the lights on the front patio.

House - Front Door
Make it tight.
Give me a target for what to look for to upgrade to something more efficient.
Include measurements.

Garage - Yard Door
Give me a target for what to look for to add an interior gate-type, split king of additional door for the garage.
Include measurements.

330 - PAINT PROJECT(S - PS)

Let’s talk about how much painting you wanna get into in general.

And cleaning up + stucco around the base of the house - depending on the community house paint schedule (tbd).

SHADE PROJECT

Fairy Garden

Can we replace the wood frame that was once glued and is now barely held by it looks like just a normal nail… with a metal one? Leverage the same concept as the garage maybe? And set me up with some kind of shade system I can replace myself without having to mess around with the frame in the future. I bet we can engineer something and this is right up your alley - build me something!

If not, we gotta fix what we got.

And we gotta brainstorm some short term options for the front patio until I redesign that whole front.

Water Heater Door
Give me a target for what to look for a gate-inspired kind of replacement door.

I’m thinking slat wall, but I wanna see how I use it first. I might also want to use it as a place to experiment for the fireplace. I gotta look at my notes for a refresher on the square footage.

Breeze block design. We might need a short-term solution to be able to drain the patio.
