The Voices Collection: My 200th

[rt_reading_time label="Reading Time:" postfix="minutes" postfix_singular="minute"]

I thought to look it up while watching a Formula One race this fall. A commentator mentioned this specific one was Nico Hülkenberg's 200th. I thought to myself: "Wow, this guy's been going around a long time... and he is still going!" As the laps went on, I counted back the years as quickly as they had flown by, realizing I've been keeping up with this German all along!

"Wait, how long have I been at this?!"

Turns out this is my 200th post.

The Voices' bi-centennial of sorts. I love crushing a good milestone. Especially a surprise like this one. Like an unexpected bonus, with an impromptu celebration!

In my counting exercise, I didn't take me long to realize, I've done this, here, for more than 6 years. 10,000+ hours, enough to make Malcolm Gladwell proud. And I still have the energy for it. Perhaps even more as I look ahead to 2024.

Curious, I went digging for actual numbers. The kind akin to results: insights about performance and outcomes.

Here is what I found.

It's a long road. And I keep going. There is a lot of purposeful work to do.
